The wonderful young musicians from Princeton University are back! Together with the four musicians from the Opus chamber group at Princeton University, Per Tengstrand will perform the crown jewel in Scandinavian classical music: Edvard Grieg’s beautiful piano concerto. Here we hear a unique and passionate rendering of the concerto in an arrangement for piano and string quartet, made by Per Tengstrand
Also on the program is the first movement from Grieg’s string quartet in g-minor and the heavenly piano sonata op. 109 by Beethoven.
